Okay, if you’ve been following me for any length of time, you know that I’ve really out web 2.0 tactics to work for me in my business. There are SO many of them though, so today I thought I’d tell you about the strategies that I use.

The first one is using video to submit to the video directories. I’ve created several videos and used them to get tons of visitors to my sites. I do this for my main products and products that I am an affiliate for.

My main tool that I use to do this is Video Upload Pro because it allows me to automatically submit my videos to 22 different popular video directories. Yeah… It’s super cool! You can get it at tomeymarketing.com/recommends/videouploadpro.htm

Another HUGE tactic I use is blogging. Yes, blogging is considered a web 2.0 tactic, and there’s MANY things you can do with a blog that you can’t do with a static website. That’s why I turned the entire www.TomeyMarketing.com site into a blog. Many people don’t even realize it’s a blog. You can make your blog look like a regular site pretty easy, but have all the benefits of being a blog.

I also use social bookmarking as part of my web 2.0 traffic tactics. Social bookmarking allows me to get links for certain keywords. The more links you get for a keyword the higher you rank in the search engines which in turn gives you super targeted FREE traffic!

Squidoo is another site I use. I’ve found some pretty cool tactics to make different squidoo lens rank for low competition keywords. I’m talking about ranking like #1 and #2. The lens then promotes my products and affiliate products. It’s super easy to do and works like crazy.

Okay, so now you guys know my tactics. These are the main tactics that I use and I experiment with many others. From what I’ve learned from Ross Goldberg’s step-by-step web 2.0 traffic tactics videos, I am testing a lot of new things!
